Breakfast selection. They dont serve typical Filipino breakfast. I got Yakult drink from their buffet table and said it is just for kids???? First time I encountered such in breakfast.

I like the location of the hotel to be honest, but for more than 8Kphp for an overnight I expected a bit more. I was trying to book for the 4Kphp rate from booking.com but was the page was failing so I decided maybe paying 8K is worth it for an overnight stay. For a 4K stay it would be perfect, for 8K plus I expected more but not the worse. Will come back, but not for the same rate.

A bit pricey for an 8K, if I only had crispy Tocino to pair with rice for breakfast. Breakfast selection was very limited, staff forgot to give us the water we asked for and the breakfast seating was very limited. Woudl have been perfect but the breakfast.

I didn’t like the choices of their breakfast. Cannot choose the egg you want I stayed for 2 days and always scrambled egg... for 2 days bacon did not Show up in their buffet bfast. Ang my kids are looking forward for it. I hope they’ll improve their bfast menu.

I like the location and the entire place. So quiet and peaceful. Very homey. I like that there is a playground for kids. I surprisingly like their food.

They should regularly clean and sanitize the kids' playroom to ensure a safe place for children.

Beautiful scenery, lovely small boutique feel with above par amenities. My kids loved the pool, playground, movie night with popcorn at the great hall, playroom, and everything else. Also loved the scent from the in-room reed diffuser.

Shower drainage could use a little cleaning

What I like about The Hotel Mansion is clean and quiet. I love the Saturday outdoor movie, it feels so sweet and cute. The kids playroom was so amazing and I’m impressed because my baby likes it very much.

What I didn’t like about The Hotel Mansion is the food on their restaurant its too limited in choices. I hope they add more choices soon. Plus I hope they have (even slice) cake.

I liked their facilities and amenities, maybe also better to add more bikes that are suitable for kids ages 10-15.

We have been staying in the Mansions for quite sometime and the longest stay we’ve had was 5 nights I think or 4...and think they also need to value more their guests who are their regular patronage...might be nice to add some special something on their menu or any special complimentary so that they would keep on coming back...also hope the room service for breakfast was not removed for guest’s convenience especially if they opt for a breakfast in bed...I suggest also to add more Filipino choices in their breakfast like bangus and hotdogs for kids...their should also try changing how they serve their bacon...candied bacon not too appealing to Filipino taste buds...

Incredible staff. Good food. Great play room for kids and game room for adults. Small but nice playground for kids. Cool atmosphere at night especially on weekends. Hotel is clean, service is good, staff are happy, rooms are comfy, facilities are great. Can't ask for much more.

Overflow of shower and shower jumping between hot/cold water.

For celebrating my hubby's birthday, the hotel prepared balloons, banner, and a cake! Front office reacted quickly for my request. Sports facilities, movie night and camp fire on weekends, hospitality of staff. Nice mountain view and watermelon shake!

One of our room has only too hot shower and the maintenance could not fix it. A drain in the bath room stucked but it was fixed soon.

More people to staff the dining area. Breakfast took 30 minutes to aerve ans the coffee was diluted. Staff did not set up the table before serving the food. Has to ask one by one, coffee than water than utensils. However, staff was patient but obvously lacked training.

Die Mahlzeiten waren durchweg extrem lecker und ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Hobbyraum mit Billard, der Pool und die Zimmer waren sehr schön. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr gut hat uns auch der kostenlose Fahrservice gefallen.

Kamers waren zeer schoon en modern. Het personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Echt het gevoel dat je te gast bent. Je wordt in de watten gelegd.
